Named Allocated GP for Patients

You may be aware that from April 2015 all practices are required to allocate all their patients with a named GP who will have overall responsibility for your care and support.   This does not prevent you from seeing a different GP in the practice as you are currently able to do.

They will also work with other relevant health and care professionals, who are involved in your care, to ensure that your care package meets your individual needs.

All patients registered with the Health Centre now have a named allocated GP.

Please contact the surgery if you would like to know the name of your "Named allocated GP".
