In addition medical students from University College London Medical School, together with student nurses and midwives, join us to experience general practice. Patients will be asked to give consent if it is proposed to video their consultation for training purposes or if a student is to be present to observe.

The reception and administration team are here to help you. Their responsibility is to ensure that all patients have equitable access to our resources and the smooth running of our organisation. Looking after so many patients and running many clinics simultaneously is often stressful and we appreciate your consideration. In order to assist you quickly and appropriately they may have to ask for more details about your condition. Please let them know if you change your name, address, telephone number etc. in order that our records for you and other members of your family are up to date. Our receptionists are bound by the same rules of patient confidentiality as the doctors and nurses.
The midwives attached to the surgery provide antenatal and postnatal care with the doctors. Clinics are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
The District Nursing Team work closely with the rest of the team, operating out of the same building and have full access to our record system. They are involved in the care of patients who are housebound and unable to attend the surgery, but need nursing input in the community. The majority of their workload is the elderly, the terminally ill and patients who have recently been discharged from hospital. If you feel that you might need their involvement please ring them direct or speak to your GP.
