Accessibility at Our Surgery ♿

We are committed to making our surgery easy to access for all patients. Our building, facilities, and support services are designed to ensure everyone can receive care comfortably and confidently. If you need any reasonable adjustments to support your visit, please let our reception team know - we will always do our best to accommodate your needs.

Wheelchair Access

Our surgery is fully wheelchair accessible, with step‑free entry and wide internal doorways to support smooth movement throughout the building. All clinical rooms are located on the ground floor, and our examination couches are height‑adjustable to support patients with limited mobility.

🌍 Translator Services

If English is not your first language, we can arrange professional translator services to help you communicate clearly with our clinical team. Please inform reception ahead of your appointment so we can organise the appropriate support.

🔊 Hearing Difficulties

If you are experiencing hearing difficulties when being called in to see the doctor or nurse, please do let us know in order for us to set up an alert on your medical records and personally collect you from the waiting room. Alternatively, we do have the facility of a portable induction loop. If you would like to use this, please ask at reception for assistance.

🚗 Disabled Parking

Dedicated disabled parking bays are available close to the main entrance, making it easier for patients with mobility needs to access the surgery.

🚻 Accessible Toilets

We provide fully accessible disabled toilets equipped with support rails and space for wheelchair users.
