Nursing and HCA (Health Care Assistant) Appointments

Booking for a blood test ONLY- you can book an appointment for a blood test via Patient Access. Please note this is ONLY for blood test appointments and if you arrive to this appointment for any other reason you will be turned away and asked to rebook.
Saturday Clinic- Nurse Only - We are currently running a Primary Care Network Nurse Clinic on Saturday 08:30-12:30. These clinics are by prior appointment only. These appointments are standard Nurse appointments so can include Blood tests, smears, blood pressure checks etc. Please contact the surgery on 01869 249333 to book.
The surgery is not open during Saturday Clinic for general enquiries, non-booked appointment, prescription requests or administration requests.
GP and Other Clinician Appointments
For GP and other clinician appointments, please submit an eConsult. Our eConsult service is available to submit your query online, Sunday 18:30-Friday 18:30.

If you do need to phone us, please try to do so on 01869 249333 before 12.30pm on the day that your usual GP is working.
If you are unable to attend your appointment, you can do so by logging into your Patient Access account or by contacting the practice as soon as possible so that it can be offered to another patient.
Missed appointments in primary care are estimated to cost the NHS around £216m per year.
When you call for an appointment, please help the Patient Co-ordinator find the most suitable appointment for you. The doctors have asked that you give brief details of the reason for the appointment so that you can be directed to the most appropriate clinician who can deal with your problem. The Patient Co-ordinators are bound by exactly the same confidentiality rules as the doctors, and simply want to get you the most appropriate help in the quickest time frame.
Parking at Bicester Health Centre is very limited. Please consider using alternative parking in Bicester if you are more able, leaving the small number of parking spaces for less able or infirm patients. Please note that parking at Bicester Health Centre is provided for persons whilst on the premises only. We ask that you move your vehicle after leaving Bicester Health Centre. Parking controls are maintained by a contractor and penalty charges may be applied if vehicles are parked inappropriately.
Alternatively you can park at Bicester Park and Ride car park, Kingsmere (free for up to 24 hours) and take the S5 bus to Piggy Lane Bicester. The surgery is a 2 minute walk from the bus stop.
